Heavenly Celebrations Catering Policies & Procedures
Heavenly Celebrations wants to give you the attention you deserve and create a function that is unique to you. We give you the “wow” factor in order to leave a lasting impression on you, or your business, as well as your guest! Heavenly Celebrations promises it will be free of stress and within your budget.
Minimum Orders: To better serve all of our customers and operate in an efficient manner; we have found it necessary to set order minimums on all our catering menus. In the event your function should fall below our order minimums, we will be glad to provide you with a quote to fit your special needs. Each menu has its required minimum. Appetizer Menu is 10 per selection, with a minimum of 20 guests. Brunch Menu is 5 per selection, with a minimum of 10 guests.
Boxed Lunch is minimum of 3 Boxed Lunches of any kind up to 9 lunches. 10 lunch orders or above in quanitity, you must order in quantities of 5 per selection. For example: 5 - chicken salad, 5 - ham & cheese, 5 - roast beef, etc. Special request lunches for dietary restrictions are separate and can be ordered out of the required amount.
Guarantees A final guest count is required 7 days prior to the function for Appetizer and Hot Entrée menus. A final guest count is required 3 days prior to Brunch & Boxed Lunch Menu items.
PAYMENT & BILLING
Billing: We require a down payment of 50% to lock in all catering events and hold your specific date, at the time of the order. The balance is due 3 business days, prior to your event, payable by check, cash, or credit card.
Cancellations 10 days, prior to your event, you will receive a full refund of deposit. 9 days or fewer: deposit is non-refundable. 3 days or fewer: any payment is non-refundable.
Delivery is included in the 23116 zip code area. Additional charges will apply outside this area. Our delivery area includes Ashland, Hanover, Glen Allen, Mechanicsville & Richmond. For events of 20 or more, we travel to Fredericksburg including the areas between there and Richmond, as well as Charlottesville back to Richmond. A .56 cent per mile charge will be applied to each order.
7% Sales Tax and 15% Service Charge: A service charge will be applied to all Full Service and Basic Catering events. Sales tax charged where applicable. Non-profits are tax free providing forms are filed with Heavenly Celebrations.
Product Pricing and Availability: Prices are subject to change as the market for food prices change. You will be notified when a price changes on a selected menu item. Some products are seasonal or sold due to availability. Heavenly Celebrations reserves the right to substitute menu items for equal or greater value on such items.
Enhance Your Party!
Catered Hot & Cold Lunch or Dinners: plates, utensils, napkins, cups, rental equipment, such as chafers, etc can be added for an addtional charge.
Rental Equipment Additional specialty linens, chafing dishes, candlebras, crystal, silver, mirrored bases, cake stands, China and utensils are available for rent and require a deposit. Tables, chairs, tents, utensils, dinnerware, glassware and more are also available for your special event. Pricing available upon request.
